Brigstock,
Thanks a lot for the help with the BOB squadrons.  As one of the mission makers for the map's included missions for BOB, that was a problem that we are constantly dealing with that now with your help, we have finally overcome.
I will mention your aid in the credits that will be attached to the map and missions.  Thanks again.

Dear Brigstock,

I was very interested to hear of your mod incorporating a full list of RAF squadron codes.
Being a proud Canadian, and having failed in my own attempts to input all the RCAF squadron codes into IL2, might I enquire as to whether these are included in the mod you are referring to?
RCAF squadrons were allocated squadron #s 400-443 during WWII, and were active from the late BoB period until the end of WWII.
If they have not, and you would be willing to, I have all the squadron codes, the TO&E for equipment - aircraft models - used for which dates and in what theatres they were deployed. I would be very pleased to provide these if someone would see fit to include them.
Feel free to PM me if this might be done.
Sorry to hijack this thread - the images of the Channel are really great, and I among hundreds (thousands?) can hardly wait to fly and see them in the first person.

FYI RCAF in WWII :   14 Fighter Sqdns, 14 Bomber Sqdns(including 1 Pathfinder Sqdn), 3 Night Fighter Sqdns, 3 Army Coop Sqdns, 3 Transport Sqdns, 2 Maritime Patrol Sqdns, 1 Coastal Strike Sqdn, 1 Intruder Sqdn, 1 Coastal Fighter Sqdn, 1 Coastal Recon Sqdn, 1 Torpedo Bomber Sqdn
